President- Joe Accardi

Joe Accardi, P.Eng., brings more than 24 years of experience in the heavy civil design and construction industry as the President of Accardi Schaeffers and Associates. With a deep understanding of transportation, sewer, and watermain projects, Joe has successfully managed numerous initiatives across the province. His expertise extends to product and material design, contract administration, and specification documentation, while also possessing comprehensive knowledge of municipal, provincial, and federal construction standards and codes. As the President, his primary focus is ensuring the seamless delivery of construction projects from design to construction phases.

Joe Accardi has established himself as an industry leader in environmental engineering consulting, providing civil engineering services to both land developers and government agencies in the Greater Toronto Area. His specialization lies in municipal infrastructure design, construction, and contract administration, particularly for public sector municipal projects.
